Magic Launch event and Feb Mayhem dates

Tomorrow the 3rd of Feb it is a Magic the Gathering launch event, not a Mayhem Gaming event.

The Feb Mayhem is on the first weekend of March the 3rd to the 4th of March.

Mayhem 21 January Gaming Event

All righty here we go again. 2012 has arrived and with it the possible end of the world, yea right!
The 21st of Jan kicks off the first of many Mayhem events of the year.
The staff have decided to make 2012 a bit of a re-vamp year so there is a long list of in with the new and out with the old as some return of things from the past.
This event was fun and casual, and a lovely way to ease in the year.

The time to gather, make noise and play games has returned.
2012 might be our last year depending on what you believe, so we have decided to try and get the best out of this year that we can. This first event for the year is just around the corner on the 21st of Jan. We are hopoing to see everyone there

Mayhem 2012 Price increase

The cost of life around is on a seemingly endless spiral upward. Needless to say Mayhem have attempted avoid increases and where they have been unavoidable, to keep them as small as possible.

Well it seems it is an other one of those years.
Venue and electricity costs are causing us to increase the monthly cost of Mayhem gaming events.

Entry into Mayhem events will be R70 for 2012.

With the bad must come some good...
Mayhem will be launching a membership program keep an eye out for more info on this is the future.

Merry Christmas and thank you for 2011

2011 has been a challenging year for many as well as for Mayhem.
We would like to send out a massive thank you to all who have supported Mayhem throughout this year.

Thank you to all the vendors and clients who have made events and competition possible.

Thank you to the players without you the events would not only not be possible but they would also not have any purpose.

Lastly, thank you to all the staff who have put in many, many hours of effort both at the events as well as in the back ground.

We wish all a very merry Christmas and a safe holiday. Enjoy it! We look forward to seeing all in a brand new year 2012.

For those of you who believe the world will be ending next year, may the last year be a damn good one.

Mayhem Christmas event 3 DEC LAST EVENT 2011

Registrations for what is most commonly called the best event of the year are now open.
We are hoping to see all at the event this coming weekend.

This is the final event for 2011 in some ways it is sad to say that this year is over and in other ways we are really keen on seeing in the new year. As always the Mayhem Christmas event would not be possible without the support of vendors and friends in the market.

Mayhem would like to thank all how have helped with the 2011 Chrismas event.

Mayhem 29 October Gaming Event

Yes it is true. Mayhem is very much a place where some of the stranger people get together and have fun. A few years ago this would have simply been to play PC games and have a braai. Over the years it seems as if people have grown to become more odd. So this Mayhem played host to a varied and very odd list of activities which for the most part are not seen at other LANs and in some cases even at gaming events. Is this a glimpse into the future of gaming events?
